If you receive something from 3balls.com and wish to return it FOR ANY REASON* within 30 days, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Please email us at support@3balls.com in order to obtain an RMA # and request a PRE-PAID return FedEx shipping label (note: pre-paid shipping labels are only issued for domestic returns).
  2. Safely pack your item in a box (use the same box & packing materials we shipped it in), write your RMA # on the outside of the box, and affix your FedEx return label to the box.
  3. Drop it off at your local FedEx shipping location: http://fedex.com/Dropoff/start.

(Note: If you choose to return an item through your own shipping carrier, 3balls is not responsible for the return shipping charges or for the returned item if it is lost or damaged in transit.)

When we receive your item in the same condition in which you received it, we will issue you a credit for the full purchase price* or a 3balls Gift Certificate for 110% of the item's value. Please indicate on your return if you would like a 3balls Gift Certificate for 110% of the product's value in lieu of a credit. If you would like us to replace your item, we would be happy to accommodate that as well.

*Important Note About Condition:

Items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received in order to receive full credit. Items received in "new" condition and used, even just once, cannot be returned**.

**The only exception is for golf clubs. Golf clubs purchased in "New", "Open Box, Cancelled Orders" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the club to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued.

Note About Shipping Costs:

If your original order had qualified for and received free shipping as a result of meeting a certain price threshold and if a refund would bring your order total to below that free shipping threshold, the customary shipping charge will need to be deducted from your refund amount.

Important Note About eBay Orders:

Our free return shipping policy only applies to orders on 3balls.com. eBay orders can be returned to 3balls for a credit (see rules above on condition), but the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will be happy to email you a FedEx return label for your return, but we will deduct $5 off of your credit for the price of return shipping.
