How do the Responsible Gaming Limits work?

When you set a responsible gaming deposit limit to your account, the limit takes effect immediately. When you are making a deposit, we look back into your account history to calculate how much net deposits you have made within the relevant time interval.
 
The net deposit amount is the sum of all your deposits and withdrawals. Let’s say that you set a weekly deposit limit of 100 Euros to your account.

• If you don’t have any deposits or withdrawals in the past 7 days, you will be allowed to deposit 100 Euros.
• If you have a total deposit amount of 50 Euros in the past 7 days you will be allowed to deposit  another 50 Euros.
• If you have a total deposit amount of 50 Euros and a total “confirmed” withdrawal amount of 50 Euros, your net deposit amount will be zero and you will be allowed to deposit your entire deposit limit which is 100 Euros.

I have a daily deposit limit of 100 Euros and I made a 80 Euro deposit to my account today at 3 pm. When can I deposit another 100 Euros to my account?
 
Until 3pm tomorrow you will be allowed to make a deposit of 20 Euros since your daily deposit limit will look back 24 hours into your account history and will see your 80 Euros deposit. After 3pm tomorrow, the limit won’t see any net deposit amounts in your account and will allow you to deposit the whole limit amount.

I want to increase my deposit limit. How can I do that?

You can increase or decrease your responsible gaming limit from the responsible gaming page while you are logged in by just clicking on the change button, next to where made your existing deposit limit. If you want to decrease your limit, the change will take effect immediately. However, it would take 7 days for any increased limits to take effect.
