The Swiftpage Scheduled Send feature allows you to schedule a send up to 60 days in advance.  (Note: the Scheduled Send feature is only available with Pro and Team level accounts.)

With Swiftpage's Drip Marketing service, you can schedule emails to be sent an indefinite time into the future (i.e. there is no limit).
