How do I change my eStatement e-mail address?

Answer

You can change your email address in eStatement by:

Login to eBranch and click the eStatement button. You will be directed to the trusted partner's page. Click on the "Enter" button to access eStatement. Once you get to the "View Statements" page, click Preferences in the bottom left of the screen. From there select "Change Email Address".

Be sure that your email address is correct. You cannot activate your account unless you respond to the activation email.
