How can I view my cleared check image?

Viewing Cleared Check Images within eBranch:

  • Log into eBranch
  • Click Account Summary
  • Select the account your check cleared on.

  • Locate the date the check cleared or the check number within your transaction history list.

  • Click the link Check #0000 and the check image will open.

Viewing Cleared Check Images with Mobile Banking App: Coming Soon!

  • Log into BayPort's Mobile Banking App
  • Select the account your check cleared on.
  • Locate the date the check cleared or the check number within your transaction history list.

  • Click the transaction with the check image and the check image will open.
