BayPort highly recommends that you keep your eBranch email address current to help keep your account secure. The email address provided in eBranch under "User Options" is automatically pulled into some of the services within eBranch such as Bill Pay and Popmoney. Therefore, no one can use these services without sending information to your email address of their activity. For example, when a new Biller is set up in your Bill Pay you will receive an email notification that a new Biller was added. Also, if your eBranch email address is changed under "User Options" you will receive a notice in your inbox stating that your email address was changed.
- To change your email address in eBranch, login and click on "User Options" located in the top right hand corner. Then select the link "E-mail Address" to update your email address.
