Some useful tips for using eStatement are:

When changing your email address (Under 'Preferences'), make sure you input the address correctly. Without a correct email address, we can't send you our monthly statement notification.

Verify your email settings on your email account to ensure that you receive our monthly statement notification email.

For users who wish to save a copy of their statement, the credit union provides your statements in a PDF format.
