How do I send a secure email or chat to BayPort within eBranch?

When you contact us using through email or chat we recommend using eBranch's Secure Email and Chat feature under "Contact Us".

  • To send a secure email or chat; you must first log into eBranch.
    • Note: If you are not an eBranch user please visit our Contact Us page.
  • With eBranch select "Contact Us" in the upper right hand corner.
  • You will be directed to our secure email and chat service.
  • Select "Click here to send an email" or "Click here to chat".
  • You will be able to send an email directly to our Member Information Center or live chat with a BayPort Representative. Your email will be assigned a unique Ticket ID please note this ID for future reference to that email.
  • If you send us a secure email our reply can be viewed within your eBranch "Contact Us" inbox once you receive notice that a response is available.
