When will Scheduled Transfers and Alerts process?

Text Message Alerts*:

  • Text message balance alerts process twice each day, around 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST. Note: If your balance falls below your set limit only one low balance alert will be sent, another alert will not be sent until the balance goes above the set limit and then back down. 
  • Text message payment and deposit clearing alerts process around 9 a.m. EST. Note: The alert will not be received the same day of the payment or deposit even if the deposit or payment happens before 9 a.m. i.e. If a payment or deposit clears your account on 04/02, the text message alert will be received on 04/03 around 9 a.m. EST.
  • Text message alerts for account balances sent every Friday process around 10 a.m. EST.
  • How do I activate Text Message Banking and Alerts?
