How do I update my Credit Card email address?

In order to stay current with your credit card at BayPort. We recommended keeping your email address that is used for your credit card up-to-date. To update your credit card email address please follow these steps:

  • First log into eBranch.
  • Within eBranch select the "Credit Card" tab
  • Under the credit card section select the card number you need to update from the dropdown to be taken to our credit card site.
  • Click "Online Account Profile" in the left hand navigation menu
  • Then select "Manage Email Address"
  • The screen will now display your current email address information; you can add a new address, delete an address or update a current address.
