New password protection for credit cards and PCI standards

IMPORTANT NOTICE.
The new PCI standards require all credit card numbers to be encrypted and password protected.
Please follow these instructions to securely view credit card details.
1. Go to Setup>Property Info to setup a credit card password.
2. Click on Modify Property. Enter password in the Credit Card Password field. Password MUST be 8 characters long. Save Changes.
3. Provide this password to any employee that is allowed to view credit card numbers.

In Quick Reservation, Billing, Other Rate Screens:
1. To process the credit card payment, enter the amount and Process CC as usual.
2. To View credit card number, click on View.
3. you will be prompted to enter a password, Enter the Credit Card password set in Property Info.
4. Click Submit.
5. Now you can view entire credit card number.
