Creating a new list is super simple. What you'll want to do is go to the Lists Tab in your account and click on the orange "Create New List" button on the left hand side. Fill out the set up details and click "save" and you've got the list setup done.

Once you've got the set up complete, here's how to Set up your data and import the list.
