We Make Online Ordering Risk-Free

Your happiness is our priority and our return policy is really quite simple.  You may return an item(s) within 60 days of the purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund if you’re not completely satisfied.

 

Follow the instructions below and if you have any questions, chat with our customer service representatives online, or call us at 800.243.6805 with your order details. 

 

Embroidered, screen printed, altered, or washed merchandise may not be returned unless defective.  Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.

 

Risk-Free Returns/Exchanges Are Easy!

 

-  Detach and complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing list included with your order.

 

 Package the return/exchange form along with your items.

 

 We’ve provided a conveniently pre-paid and addressed Merchandise Return Label (MRL) for orders shipped within the USA.  Please affix it to your package and drop it into any post office collection box (We recommend insuring the package for your protection). Using the MRL:  $7.95 will be deducted from your refund or credit.  Don’t forget to include payment information if you have a due balance. If you choose to send your items back without our pre-paid label (MRL), we suggest you mail the package with a courier who can provide proof of delivery.

 

 -  That’s it!  If you’ve provided your email address, we’ll let you know when we receive your package.  Otherwise, please allow 10-15 business days to process your exchange, credit or refund.

 

* Exchanges will ship with no additional shipping charge.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
