Your happiness is our priority and our return policy is really quite simple. You may return item(s) that are in original condition within 60 days of the purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund if you’re not completely satisfied. Embroidered, screen printed, altered, or washed merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.

Exchanges Are Easy!
- Detach and complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing list included with your order.
- Package the return/exchange form along with your items.
- For your protection, please send your return package using the insured carrier of your choice to:

- That’s it! If you’ve provided your email address, we’ll let you know when we receive your package. Otherwise, please allow 10-15 business days to process your exchange, credit or refund.
* Exchanges will ship with no additional shipping charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Print a Prepaid Smart Label for Returns
You may print a Smart Label and send your package back us in 3 easy steps:
1.Print your label here.
2.Affix the label to the return package covering the original label.
3.Drop your package anywhere in the U.S. Mail – home, work, or Post Office. No pre-paid postage required – $7.95 return postage will be deducted from your return/exchange or you may include a check/money order for payment.
If you choose to exchange your item(s) we will send the new order to you with free standard shipping.
