Order by 4:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and all in-stock, non-embroidered items will ship out the same day, pending credit/debit card approval. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping, delivered by USPS. Sorry, no weekend shipping or delivery is available. Orders shipping internationally and to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico may take 15-30 business days.

If an item is out of stock, a message will be displayed with the expected ship date once the item is in your cart. You may always remove items from your cart if needed.  Items ordered together are not always shipped together (backorders are shipped separately at no extra charge).  All backordered items are shipped with standard shipping, no express delivery available. Your credit card will not be charged until your requested items have shipped.  

For Example: If you placed an order for two items, and one is on backorder, you will be charged only for the item that shipped and your shipping cost.  Once your backordered item is in stock, you will only be charged for that item upon shipment.  No additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
