Solution:
This feature is NOT designed to share settings among computers,
or to be manually edited. Editing the file improperly can make the backup
file unable to be used to restore settings.
ZoneAlarm version 10.x or greater.
- Open ZoneAlarm
- Click the Tools dropdown menu
- Click Preferences
- Click the Backup button to create a backup
- Select where you wish to save the backup file.
- If you wish to Restore a backup click the Restore button
- Locate your backup file and select it.
