Solution:
You can login to your online account and download the software you have purchased at the following link:
http://www.zonealarm.com/myaccount/
This link will allow you to:
- Find your license key(s)
- Re-download your products, including bundled software.
- Print an invoice again
NOTE: If you have misplaced your User ID, this is generally your email address that was used with your online order.
If you have misplaced your password you can request a new temporary password be emailed to you at the above link.
