Solution:
After you have installed SocialGuard you can copy and paste your license key in the license screen.
Have your SocialGuard license key available from the order confirmation screen or from the invoice that was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

The easiest way to find your license key is from the order confirmation email that was sent to the e-mail address used with your online purchase.
If you misplaced your order confirmation e-mail you can also look up your license key from your online MyZone account.
Open your browser and navigate to the following page:
http://www.zonelabs.com/myaccount/
You can login to your online account which was set up at the time of your online purchase.
Your User ID is normally your email address which was entered on the order.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new password to be emailed to you from the account login page.
Highlight and copy (right click and select copy) the license key.
1. Right click the SG icon in the system tray.
2. Select License from the menu.
3. With your pointer over the license key box, paste (right click and select paste) your license key in the box.
4. Then click the Submit Key button.
Once your key has been accepted you will see this screen as confirmation.
